Note: Children from 0 to 4 years of age do not pay, from 5 to 12 only pay 50% of the amount of the extra bed.

USAGE TERMS

— The villas are reserved individually and entirely.
— For prolonged stays bed linen shall be changed every three days and the minimum stay is 2 nights.
— Check-in starts at 4 pm.
— Your stay can be extended past the check-out time of 11 pm up until 6 pm (if the villa is available), requiring an additional payment of €10 per person.
— Breakfast is left in a basket on the doorstep between 8:30 am and 9:30 am with products for the guest to prepare.
— The villas shall be cleaned on a daily basis between 10 am and 5 pm. If you would like it to be done at a specific time please let us know.
— Place only those towels you want changed on the floor or in the tub, otherwise we will assume that you wish to use them more than once.
— The tennis court is available to all guests (subject to reservation).

HOW TO RESERVE

1. Fill in the form – number of guests, arrival and departure dates.
2. Wait for our validation e-mail.
3. Then, make your deposit via bank transfer to continue with your reservation.
4. Finally, send us an e-mail with proof that you have made the bank transfer.

Note: The reservation shall only be completed and confirmed once all of these steps have been completed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

— Check-in: starting at 4 pm.
— Check-out: up until 11 pm*.

* Extending your stay beyond the set time shall entail an additional payment of €10/person. In such cases you can only stay if the villa is available and up until 6 pm of the same day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Pets

Pets are welcome at Villas do Agrinho; however, an extra payment of €30 is required/animal. In addition, a security deposit of €250/animal shall be required, payable upon check-in and returned upon check-out (if it is possible to check the location on the same day, otherwise it shall be returned the next day via bank transfer) if no damage has occurred.

Firewood

Prepared for your convenience at any time of the year, we offer free of charge a bundle of firewood for the fireplace. If you should require more, the price of extra wood is €5.

Outside visitors

During their stay, guests may not receive outside visitors that have not been included in the reservation, and the capacity of each villa may not be exceeded.

Reservation cancellation

We do not refund your deposit. When you cancel a reservation less than 10 days before the arrival date, you automatically lose the deposit; however, if you cancel before this minimum time period, your deposit will be credited to you and you can use it during your next stay (during low season).

Payment for Damages

We reserve the right to charge guests for losses or damages due to negligence.
