All activities require advance booking, subject to availability.
Some activities require a minimum number of participants or the equivalent payment.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity date: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before the activity: credit issued for a reschedule (valid for 6 months, excluding peak season).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-show at the activity location: loss of the amount paid.
Date and time changes must be requested as far in advance as possible and are subject to availability.
The organization reserves the right to change or cancel the activity due to weather, logistical, or safety reasons. In such cases, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.
Payment must be made at the time of booking, and proof of payment is required for confirmation.
For group-priced (private) activities, full payment must be made in advance.
Participants must arrive at the activity location at least 15 minutes in advance.
For activities with age restrictions or alcohol consumption (e.g., sparkling wine), legal age verification will be required.
