The Villa Cais is superbly located close to the private quay of Villas do Agrinho, at the Caniçada reservoir and with a magnificent view onto it. This house is made up of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a complete bathroom. It has been decorated with extremely good taste and comfort, and is ready to receive its guests for a reinvigorating season. Outdoors, it is surrounded by ample open air space, where one can enjoy the nature and pure air of Gerês in good company.

Pets are welcome at Villas do Agrinho; however, an extra payment of €30 is required/animal. In addition, a security deposit of €250/animal shall be required, payable upon check-in and returned upon check-out (if it is possible to check the location on the same day, otherwise it shall be returned the next day via bank transfer) if no damage has occurred.
Prepared for your convenience at any time of the year, we offer free of charge a bundle of firewood for the fireplace. If you should require more, the price of extra wood is €5.
During their stay, guests may not receive outside visitors that have not been included in the reservation, and the capacity of each villa may not be exceeded.
Cancellations with more than 10 days before entry, or amount refunded; cancellations less than 10 days before the entry data, or the value is credited (to be used only in low season); Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the entry data forfeit the right to the deposit paid as confirmation of the reservation.
We reserve the right to charge guests for losses or damages due to negligence.
